Hissy Fitz Smash Room was born out of a simple idea: to provide a safe and exhilarating space for people to let loose and have fun.

I believe in the therapeutic power of destruction—sometimes you just need to smash something to feel better! After having my own smash room experience, I decided to share this newly discovered passion with this community in Sterling, Colorado.

This incredible place offer smash sessions, group events, birthday parties, divorce parties, themed nights, etc. all of which cater to anyone looking for a unique outlet for stress relief and fun.,

I pride myself on creating a welcoming environment where laughter and excitement abound, all while ensuring safety and respect for our space.  Anyone suffering from mental illness, or mourning the loss of a loved one, this is a safe space to let out ANY emotions you may be feeling, with absolutely no judgment.  We all need help sometimes, and that is the main goal of Hissy Fitz is to help people!
